Refund policy

We understand that grief is deeply personal, and we want your experience with 100 Stones of Grief Cards to be handled with the same care and respect we put into creating them. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will gladly issue a replacement or a full refund.

Due to the intimate and sensitive nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than damage or fulfillment errors. We appreciate your understanding and are here to help should you need anything.
